# Find & de-risk sites in minutes

Find new sites, de-risk them & take them to the grid application by just asking

## Development, the way it should’ve worked from the start

### Ask in plain words

Draw the site and ask. Noda picks the sources, the layers and the method.

### A desk screening in minutes

Desk research usually takes weeks of calls and PDFs.

### Answers you can check

Every report names its sources and marks the assumptions, the missing data and the confidence.

Noda uses AI to research your site the way you would, in minutes. It reads the public record and the documents, works out what is missing and puts each answer on your map with its source.

## You make the use cases. Noda just finds the headroom

### Ask anything about a site

Land, grid, permits, wind and money. If your team would ask it, Noda can work on it.

### Everything in one workspace

Map, documents, models and reports, in one place for the whole team.

### Your whole team, in one project

Everyone in the company opens the same projects, sees who is there and follows each other's work on one map.

## The whole process, in three steps

### Create your account

Sign up with your work email or with Google. It takes a minute.

### Create your project

Name it, pick the technology and draw the area on the map. Everyone in your company can open it.

### Ask it anything

Type a question about your site. Noda reads the sources and puts the answer on your map.

## Frequently asked questions

### How does it work?

You hand Noda a task in plain words, the way you'd brief a colleague. Noda has its own tools for the job: it searches grid, planning and environmental sources, reads the documents you upload, puts layers on the map and runs calculations. You can follow every step, correct it halfway, add a file, or ask for one small action, like adding a single layer.

### Can it draw maps?

Yes. Noda draws on the project map: site boundaries, buildable land, grid lines, protected areas. It can also write small scripts to turn any data into a map, chart or table, so if you have a spreadsheet or a GIS file, just ask it to show it.

### Which countries do you cover?

Any country in the world. Noda searches the internet for each site: grid operators, planning offices, environmental agencies, maps and registers. Depth depends on what is online for that place. The best test is your own project: run a site you've already studied and compare.

### Where does the data come from?

Published planning, grid and environmental records, plus the files you upload. Every finding keeps its source and date, so you can open it and see how current it is.

### How accurate is it? Does the AI make things up?

Every finding links to its source, and Noda marks what it couldn't find or confirm. You check the evidence before you rely on it. It's a research assistant for your team. A licensed engineer signs off the final study.

### Can it tell me the real grid capacity?

Noda finds the substations and lines near your site and collects any published capacity and queue data. Where the free capacity is unpublished, Noda estimates it and shows its working. The grid operator confirms the final number.

### How much does it cost?

Noda is a monthly or annual subscription. For larger teams there's an Enterprise plan with custom terms. Contact us for that.
