## What Noda is

Noda is a SaaS platform. It generates structured red-flag due diligence reports on renewable energy projects. The reports cover grid feasibility, bankability indicators, evacuation and export risk, reinforcement risk, BESS sizing logic, document completeness, resource and weather context, and a four-state preliminary verdict: continue, clarify, high risk, not enough data. Findings carry per-finding confidence levels and explicit assumption markers. Nothing is fabricated.

## What Noda replaces

A traditional preliminary grid feasibility study or red-flag due diligence engagement from a consultancy costs between 5,000 EUR and 50,000 EUR and takes between four weeks and four months. Noda compresses that scope to an AI-generated report in under two hours with the same structure, plus a workspace for re-checking projects as documents and grid status change.
