Refund Policy

1. Subscription Charges
All subscription charges, including the initial Founding Partner payment of EUR 2,000, are non-refundable. This applies even if you cancel before your Service Start Date, do not use the Service, or use only part of a paid month. The Founding Rate lock has independent economic value the moment payment clears.
2. Exceptions
We make exceptions only in two cases:
- Duplicate charge. If you were charged twice for the same period due to our error, we refund the duplicate within 10 business days.
- Service unavailability. If the Service is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive calendar days during your paid term due to a fault attributable to Noda, you may request a pro-rata credit applied to your next invoice. Outages caused by your acts, your network, your data, force majeure, scheduled maintenance, or third-party providers do not qualify.
3. How to Cancel
Use the Stripe-hosted customer portal linked from your account, or email billing@noda.energy. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. You retain access until then.
4. Disputes Before Chargeback
Before contacting your issuing bank to dispute a charge, you agree to give Noda 7 business days to resolve the matter. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, in line with Article 76 PSD2. A chargeback raised for a charge that has been performed and a service rendered constitutes a material breach of the Terms and entitles Noda to suspend the Service and recover dispute-handling fees.
5. Business-Only Scope
The Service is sold to businesses. The 14-day consumer right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83 does not apply. To the extent any such right could apply, you expressly request that performance begin on your selected Service Start Date and acknowledge that any such right is lost in accordance with Articles 16(a) and 16(m) of that Directive.
